Share Your Expertise
Your career journey and industry knowledge can spark inspiration and open new paths for our students. We invite family members to take part in career panels, classroom discussions, or informational sessions where you can share insights about your profession, industry trends, and what a typical day on the job looks like.
Want to go a step further? Host an information table on campus where students can learn about your workplace, ask questions, and explore potential career interests in a casual setting. These conversations provide invaluable exposure to real-world experiences and help students see the many possibilities ahead.
If you are interested in sharing your expertise, please contact the Edge: TheEdge@rmc.edu

Employer Connections
Do you work for — or have connections to –a company that offers internships, job shadowing, part-time jobs, or entry-level positions? You can play a key role in helping students take that all-important first step into the workforce.
By connecting the Edge Career Center with employers in your network, you’re helping us build valuable pathways for students to gain real-world experience, explore potential careers, and develop professional skills outside the classroom.
Whether it’s passing along a job opening, facilitating a workplace tour, or participating in our Access C-Suite program, every connection helps bridge the gap between education and meaningful employment.
