The Role:
This is a temporary internship program.
The intern will support digital platforms, reporting, social content processes, and marketing collateral workflows to enhance the brand and streamline marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Delivery
- Manage a focused project, working both independently and reciprocally, to meet project timelines and deliverables.
- Organizing, summarizing, and reporting data generated from experiments in a timely fashion.
Marketing Strategy Development:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Support the development of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company’s services and enhance brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute strategic initiatives and achieve business objectives.
Content Creation and Management:
- Assist in creating compelling content for various marketing channels, including website, blog posts, email newsletters, and social media platforms.
- Help maintain content calendars and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Contribute to the development of visual assets, such as graphics and videos, to support marketing campaigns.
Social Media Management:
- Manage and update the company’s social media profiles, including Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging social media posts, stories, and campaigns to increase brand engagement and follower growth.
- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond appropriately or escalate as needed.
Corporate Communications Support:
- Assist in drafting and editing corporate communications materials, including press releases, internal newsletters, and executive presentations.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy and consistency in messaging.
- Support the execution of corporate events, including virtual webinars and conferences.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns and social media activities.
- Generate reports and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
