Randolph-Macon College Athletics is seeking enthusiastic and responsible student workers to assist with the execution of game day operations. Student worker gameday operation workers play a vital role in creating a professional, organized, and welcoming environment for athletes, officials, fans, and visiting teams during home athletic events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and break down equipment and facilities before and after events (e.g., scorers tables,
signage, on-field equipment, sound systems, scoreboard).
• Operate game clocks, scoreboards, and other event technology (training provided).
• Serve as liaisons for visiting teams and game officials.
• Assist with ticketing and event entry (where applicable).
• Support promotional and fan engagement activities during events.
• Work collaboratively with athletics staff and other student workers to maintain a smooth game
day experience.
Working Conditions:
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and work in various weather conditions.
• Flexible scheduling based on home game calendar.
