Treign Up Academy is pioneering a new era of Christian micro-schools, blending cutting-edge AI and learning science with the timeless wisdom of Montessori, Mason, and Biblical truth. It’s a model that allows learners to 2x their learning in only 2 hours per day and then spend the rest of their time building things they love and growing in areas that will set them up for success in the future.
As an Apprentice Guide, you’ll be part of a small, elite team on the ground floor of something big—helping build what we believe will become the premier Christian microschool model in the nation.
What You’ll Do
You won’t just assist—you’ll lead, innovate, and grow. Every day you’ll help design learning experiences that awaken curiosity, courage, and character in children ages 5-10.
- Guide Learning Adventures: Support Socratic discussions, creative problem-solving, and real-world projects that inspire ownership and grit.
- Coach 1:1: Learn how to unlock what truly motivates people. You’ll meet one-on-one with learners to help them set goals, overcome challenges, and build ownership of their learning journey—skills that apply as much to leading teams as to teaching children.
- Guide Across Ages: Work with learners ages 4–10, getting a front-row seat to see how learning, motivation, and independence evolve through each stage. You’ll discover which age group you naturally connect with and learn to adapt your coaching for each.
- Lead Treigning Time: Step into one of the most transformational moments of the day. “Treigning Time” is our daily gathering—a blend of faith formation, character development, and community building. You’ll lead reflections, challenges, and worship moments designed to help young heroes see who they are in Christ and how to live it out.
- Socratically Guide During Core Skills: Master the art of the Socratic method—asking powerful questions instead of giving answers. You’ll guide learners through reading, writing, and math blocks designed to build mastery, ownership, and a love of learning.
- Get Hands-On with Building a Business: Go behind the scenes of a growing school startup. You’ll have opportunities to assist in real business operations—finances, marketing, fundraising, and storytelling—gaining entrepreneurial experience that few internships can offer.
- Shape the Future: Be part of the creative process—launching new systems, testing AI-driven learning tools, and refining what will become the blueprint for the next generation of Christian education.
- Celebrate Growth: Plan exhibitions, ceremonies, and community experiences that showcase the joy of learning.
- Model Leadership: Learn the art of influence and servant leadership from high-performance mentors rooted in Biblical conviction.
